Ordering Process

For online shopping, we recommend registering as a member. There are no registration fees or annual fees, so please register. If you prefer to purchase without registering as a member, please select "Guest Order".
* Please note that with guest orders, smooth returns and issuing receipts may not be possible.

STEP 1: Add the item to your cart.

  • Once you have chosen your item, click "Add to Cart".
  • Afterwards, you can choose to "Continue Shopping" or "View Cart".

Please select options such as "Color", "Size", and "Quantity" before adding to cart.

Removing items from the shopping cart
Click the "Remove Product" link on the shopping cart page or tap the "X" icon on your mobile device. The specified item will be removed, and the number of items and subtotal in the cart will be updated.

STEP 2: Checkout

1.Login or register as a new member

  • Existing members, please enter your ID (email address) and password.
  • If you are a first-time user, please register after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
  • You can skip this step if you're making a guest purchase.

2.Confirm billing information

  • Please check if there are any errors in your account information. If there are changes, you can update the information by selecting "Also Change Account Information".

3.Specify the delivery address

  • If you want to ship to an address different from the billing information, please enter that address.

4.Specify the shipping method

  • There are shipping options available for both domestic and international customers. For details, please refer to the Shipping section.

5.Select payment method

  • You can choose from credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, or pay later (Paidy only in Japan).

STEP 3: Confirm purchase details

Changes or cancellations after placing an order cannot be accepted. Please ensure that your purchase details are correct.

STEP 4: Order completion

  • After clicking "Confirm Order", the order confirmation page will display your order number.
  • A "Order Confirmation Email" will be sent to your registered email address for your reference.

If the order confirmation page does not appear

  • If it doesn't appear in your "Purchase History" on account page, please proceed with the process again.
  • If you haven't received the "Order Confirmation Email" after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and confirm your security settings and email reception capacity.

Delivery Times

ATELIER YUM delivers products to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the region of your order. Please refer to the following information:

Asia: Delivered within 5-10 days from the date of order.
Europe: Delivered within 7-15 days from the date of order.
America: Delivered within 7-12 days from the date of order.
Japan: Delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of order.

Please Note

  • Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs procedures, or other unforeseen reasons. Please check tracking information for the latest delivery status.
  • Shipping and Duties: For international deliveries, additional shipping fees may apply. Additionally, customs duties may occur depending on the delivery area. Please check the shipping and tax displayed during the purchase process for details.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges for internationally shipped items may take longer than usual. Please review our return policy in advance for conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

ATELIER YUM delivers products to customers worldwide. We have set appropriate shipping fees for each region, displayed in inclusive prices. Please note that shipping fees may be revised periodically, so please understand this.

The shipping fees listed here are for one item. The amount may change for simultaneous multiple orders. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the checkout screen.

      Restricted Shipping to Specific Regions

      Currently, we do not deliver to Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus. Due to the unfortunate events occurring in these countries, we are unable to deliver products to addresses within these nations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

      Please Note

      • Shipping Carriers: We primarily utilize international logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, but these may change without notice.
      • Customs and Taxes: Additional customs duties and taxes may be imposed depending on the shipping region. These will be the responsibility of the customer, so please consider this when placing your order.
      • Within Japan, delivery will be handled by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. The appropriate shipping carrier will be selected based on the size and material of the product. For more details, please check at the checkout screen.


      Payment Methods

      Credit Card

      • Payment Accepted Card Types: VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB
      • Payment Installments: Single payment only
      • Usage Date: The order date will be the usage date.
      • Billing Date: Billing follows the regulations of each credit card company. For details, please contact the respective credit card company.
      • Entering the Security Code: You will need the 3 or 4-digit number located at the right end of the signature field on the back of your card.

      PayPal

      • How to Use: You can complete payments using your PayPal account.
      • International Payments: PayPal supports multiple currencies and is widely accepted worldwide, making international purchases smooth. For more details, please refer to the PayPal website.

      Apple Pay

      • How to Use: You can make payments from iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac. Simply authenticate the payment with Face ID or Touch ID using the card information registered on your device.
      • Security: Apple Pay generates a unique transaction code for each specific transaction, and the card number stored on your device is not used for payment. This minimizes the risk of card information leakage.
      • Privacy: Apple does not store your purchase history at all, prioritizing security and privacy. For more details, please refer to the Apple Pay website.

      Google Pay

      • How to Use: Register your credit card, debit card, or bank account to your Google account and make payments using an Android device.
      • Security: Google Pay utilizes industry-standard multi-layer security infrastructure, with transactions monitored in real-time. Immediate protective measures are taken in case of fraudulent access or suspicious activity. For more details, please refer to the Google Pay website.

      Please Note: The above payment methods may not be available in certain countries or regions. Payment options available may vary depending on your country of residence, so please check in advance when placing your order.

       

      Returns and Refunds

      For International Shipping: Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

      Cancellation or Changes

      • After Ordering Once an order is confirmed, preparations for shipping proceed promptly, so we cannot accept changes, additions, or combining multiple orders. Cancellation is generally not possible, so please thoroughly review your order before placing it.

      Returns or Exchanges After Purchase

      • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (such as differences in color, size, or image).
      • We can only accommodate returns if the item is damaged, soiled, or incorrectly delivered, provided you contact us within 28 days of receiving the product.
      • Returns are accepted only for items that are in new condition, placed in the original packaging (undamaged), and accompanied by a "Return Request Form" that can be downloaded from your personal account.

      Return Procedure

      1. Request Return: Contact with info@atelier-yum.com within 28 days of receiving the product.
      2. Order Selection: Proceed to the "Orders" section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
      3. Create Return: Click "Create Return" next to the relevant item.
      4. Enter Information: Fill in the required information accurately, including the quantity of items to be returned, refund method (refund or store credit), and shipping method.
      5. Confirm Return Request: Review the entered information and submit the return request.
      6. Print Return Form: Download and print the return form provided in PDF format. Fill in the required information and include it in the package being returned.
      7. Print Prepaid Label: If the return is approved, print the provided prepaid label and affix it to the package being returned (please follow any applicable conditions).

      Please Note:

      • Refunds will only be processed once the returned items are confirmed to meet the specified conditions.
      • ATELIER YUM reserves the right to refuse returns from overseas if customers do not follow the above procedure.
      • Refunds will be made based on the original payment method.

      Exchange Procedure for Damaged, Soiled, or Incorrectly Delivered Items

      1. Contact with info@atelier-yum.com and proceed to "Your account"
      2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Create Return."
      3. Enter the necessary information, including the items to be returned, quantity, refund method (notification of payment or refund), and shipping method.
      4. Situation Confirmation: After confirming the situation, we will determine whether an exchange is possible.
      5. Arranging Exchange Items: If an exchange is possible, we will provide detailed information such as the delivery date of the replacement item.
      6. Return of Items: Please return the confirmed defective items using the original packaging materials.

      Inquiry Form

      Acceptance Hours: Weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 (Inquiries outside of business hours or on holidays will be responded to on the next business day).

       

      Invoice and Receipt

      You can download the invoice and receipt from your account page.

      Invoice
      We do not include an invoice with the delivered items. Please use the download service if needed.

      Receipt
      You can download it from the date of shipment completion. However, please note the following issuance conditions and precautions:

      Conditions for Issuance Payment Method

      • Credit Card Issuance Period: 6 months from the date of arrival of the shipment completion email
      • Recipient: Name provided at the time of order


      Precautions
      Official receipts are issued by the recipient of the payment, so this receipt is provisional.
      Please be aware of this. Official receipts will be as follows:

      Credit Card Payment:

      • Issued by the credit card company.
      • Treatment as Receipt: Your usage statement serves as the official receipt.

      PayPal:

      • Payment confirmation provided directly by PayPal functions as a receipt.
      • Treatment as Receipt: Payment confirmation available for download from the "Transaction History" in your PayPal account serves as the receipt.

      Google Pay:

      • Transaction details provided by Google Pay itself or the related financial institution serve as receipts for transactions conducted via Google Pay.
      • Treatment as Receipt: You can confirm transaction details from the Google Pay app or the related bank account and print them as needed.

      Apple Pay:

      • Transaction details provided by the card issuing company or Apple in relation to Apple Pay transactions are recognized as receipts.
      • Treatment as Receipt: Transaction details available in the Apple Wallet app after the transaction serve as receipts.

      Precautions:

      • In these digital payment methods, actual credit card or debit card transaction details serve as the receipt. If an official receipt is required, please use the statements provided by these platforms or card issuers.
      • Detailed transaction records for all digital payments are accessible from the user interface of each service or the transaction history section of the relevant bank.
