Taxes

International orders may be subject to additional import duties, which are to be paid by the purchaser.

Canceling an order

After Ordering Once an order is confirmed, preparations for shipping proceed promptly, so we cannot accept changes, additions, or combining multiple orders. Cancellation is generally not possible, so please thoroughly review your order before placing it.

International order

ATELIER YUM offers shipping to select countries. If your country is not in our approved list you may receive an invalid address at checkout. All import restrictions and liabilities will be up to the discretion of the purchaser.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or pay later (Paidy only in Japan)

Tracking an order

To track your order, please refer to the tracking number found in your order confirmation email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@atelier-yum.com so that we can provide you with a tracking number.

Once orders have been shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or service. All modifications must be coordinated with the shipping provider directly.

International Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties that are in addition to VAT and international tariffs. These duties are not collected at the time of purchase and are to be paid by the purchaser at the moment of import.

Damaged items

If there is damage, soiling, or incorrect delivery of the item received, please contact us within 28 days of receiving the product. View more information here

Returning and Exchanging an item

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (such as differences in color, size, or image).

We can only accommodate returns if the item is damaged, soiled, or incorrectly delivered, provided you contact us within 28 days of receiving the product.

Returns are accepted only for items that are in new condition, placed in the original packaging (undamaged), and accompanied by a "Return Request Form" that can be downloaded from your personal account.

Lost packages

ATELIER YUM is not liable for stolen or lost packages. Any issues related to stolen or lost packages should be addressed with the shipping company. For delivery or tracking concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. In some instances, carriers may prematurely mark a shipment as 'delivered' or require additional information from you to complete the delivery.
